| Box Score 2 MANCHESTER, N.H.- The Dowling College volleyball team wrapped up regular season play with road wins over Franklin Pierce University and Southern New Hampshire University. The Golden Lions improve to 21-8 on the season. The Golden Lions took down Franklin Pierce 3-0 to start the weekend. Dowling took set one 25-18 and went ahead 2-0 in the match with a 25-14 win in the second set. The Golden Lions completed the sweep with a 25-18 win in set three. Sophomore Katarzyna Klocek recorded a match high 14 kills with a .400 hitting percentage with senior Elizabeth Gorman finishing in double figures with 11 kills hitting at a .444 clip. Junior setter Kayla Dillman tossed 39 assists with junior libero Kayla Morgan scooping a match high 18 digs. The Ravens (14-12) were led by Catie Swiderski with 11 kills as setter Hannah Runge dished 22 assists. Sarah Machugh recorded a team high 13 digs. The Golden Lions then went on to record their second 3-0 sweep in as many days as they went 25-17, 25-11 and 25-11 over SNHU. Klocek posted a team high eight kills while having a hand in eight blocks. Dillman totaled 28 assists with Morgan finishing with 15 digs. As a team the Golden Lions hit. 307 with 11 total blocks and seven service aces. The Golden Lions will travel to the University of Bridgeport for the East Coast Conference Championship Tournament. Semifinal play begins Friday, November 14th.
