Washington, D.C.-  The Golden Lions (0-6) came up short on the road as the dropped theirECC match to the Firebirds of the University of the District of Columbia (5-2) 1-6. 

Junior Robyn Romanoff posted the lone win of the afternoon in the No. 1 singles position 6-4, 3-6, 10-7 over UDC’s  Jessica Nunez.
