A top attackman from Brampton, Ontario, Ryan Campbell led the Golden Lion offense in his three years in the Navy and Gold.

As a freshman he dominated the scoreboard, netting 39 goals and added 14 assists for a total of 53 points. In his sophomore campaign, Campbell led the team with 63 points. He was a driving force behind the 2006 post season push with a total of 33 goals and 30 assists, which ranked him nationally at 9th averaging 2.07 assists per game. He connected for three goals and dished out 3 assists in Dowling’s Final Four win against Mercyhurst to send the Golden Lions to their first ever National Championship game.

Leading the nation in goals and points for most of his junior year, Campbell finished with a team high 60 points, 35 goals and 25 assists. He was second on the team with 45 groundballs and netted two game winning tallies for the Golden Lions. His superior performance earned him a spot on the ECC All-Conference First Team as well as a place on the All-America First Team.
