Astasia Williams-Bertles – 2015 Women’s Lacrosse
2015: Astasia appeared in 4 games as started 1 in her freshmen campaign. Picked up 3 groundballs, caused 2 turnovers and 1 draw controls.
2014 Season: Astasia started in 11 of the 17 games she appeared in this season for the Golden Lions. She recorded two goals, one which was the game winning goal against Chestnut Hill.
Previous School: Attened Woodstown High School where she played soccer and lacrosse…Named to All Conference teams for Soccer and Lacrosse in 2011 and 2012…County All-Star for Soccer in 2011 and 2012.
Academics: Majoring in Political Science with a minor in Philosophy…William A. Shelby Award recipient 2011-2014…Four year member of the Honor Roll.
Community/Life: Hopes to become a Lawyer and a Coach…Volunteer for HollyDell, Woodstown Recreational Center and Road Clean Ups.
