BLOOMFIELD, N.J.- The Dowling College men’s basketball team suffered their third loss to this evening 109-104 to Bloomfield College. The Golden Lions slide to 0-3 on the season as the Bears improve to 1-3.

Darien Davis finished with a team high 25 points going 10 for 18 from the field. The guard added four rebounds and four assists. Senior

Evan Maxwell adding 17 points apiece. Freshman
Tristan Brown rounded out the top scorers with 13 points while dishing six assists.
The Bears were led by Matt Hall with a double double of 26 points and 10 rebounds. Marvin Williams added 25 points with Clarence White adding 16. Nick Davidson, Claude White and Ignacio Diez all finished with 14 points.
As a team, the Golden Lions shot 52.4% from the field, 43 for 82, with the Bears finishing at 56%, 42-75. Dowling held a 70-60 advantage in the paint, but
Bloomfield doubled up on the Golden Lions outrebounding them 49-27 with a 16-9 advantage on second chance points.
The Golden Lions take to their home court for the first time this season Sunday, November, 30
th as they host Caldwell College at 1:00 PM.
