2009 Season: Started in all 13 games for Dowling while leading the nation in goals with 54 while also tallying 13 assists and 53 ground balls....Named a USILA All-American Honorable Mention, ECC All-Conference First Team member, and a 2010 pre-season All-American. Was also named the Nike DII Player of the Week during the season.
2008 Season: Appeared in 15 games for the Golden Lions tallying 24 goals and 11 assists while scooping up 64 groundballs.
2007 Season: Started in 10 games for the Golden Lions in 2007…Third on the team in points with 32…Netted 20 goals and 12 assists…Scooped up a team high 51 ground balls…Went 57-98 on face-offs for a .582 percentage.
Academics: John is currently majoring in Business Management.
Community/Life: John volunteered his time at the Keep Islip Clean event, Lax clash, Tunnel to Towers Run which benefited fallen firemen, Big Brothers/Big Sisters clothing drive and donated blood.
