David Seagers (Bronx, NY) has been named to the All-Metropolitan Basketball Writers Association Division II Second Team.
Seagers led the Golden Lions in almost every statistical category, while also ranking in the top ten in the conference in points per game, rebounds, assists, and steals in 2009 - 2010. He also finished his career in a Dowling uniform as the program's second leading scorer all-time after averaging 17.0 PPG this season.
Gage Daye of Bloomfield was named the 2009-10 All-Met Division II men’s college basketball player of the year and David DeFerrari of Felician was selected coach of the year.
