The Golden Lions, who will be competing in the ECC Conference Championship Finals this Thursday, would look to take a win in their final regular season match of 2009. Despite strong play through the semester, Dowling would walk away with 3 wins on the day.
Diane Kobasiuk would get her 8th singles victory of the season after defeating Blanca Sancho, 7-5, 6-3.
Tamiris Diversi would also notch a win for the Golden Lions, defeating Melanie Bonomo in first flight singles, 6-0, 6-1.
Dowling would tally their 3rd and final win of the day as

Cristina Hoffman would get a doubles victory after downing Marinsa Sales and Blanca Sancho, 8-6.
This match concludes the regular season for Dowling, giving them a 6-4 overall record. The Golden Lions will finish post season play this Wednesday as they take on Queens College in the ECC Championship final.
